Create a new publication when creating a new citation record

If you are creating a new citation record, and you have not yet created a corresponding publication record, you can create the publication directly from the "virtual notecard" dialog. Click on the "+" button next to the list of publications, and you will be presented with a dialog that will allow you to create a new publication directly.
